Ellyn Mole

Creative Director, Brand Designer & Owner

Ellyn Mole is the founder and creative force behind Ellyn Amalia Designs, bringing a strong background in graphic design from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and a passion for intentional, story-driven branding. In early 2025, she embraced a new chapter as a mother, an experience that has further inspired her to support fellow entrepreneurs, especially women & family-owned businesses, nonprofits making change, and ambitious “boss moms” in building brands that reflect their vision and values.

She thrives on helping clients bring their ideas to life, combining creativity and strategy across everything from brand identities and logos to websites, packaging, and social media. At Ellyn Amalia Designs, the focus goes beyond design. It’s about listening, collaborating, and creating meaningful, cohesive brands that truly connect.

Sydnee Reed

Graphic Designer & Studio Coordinator

Sydnee brings a thoughtful blend of creativity and curiosity to every project.

Originally from Spokane, Washington, she discovered her passion for design while studying at Arizona State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Business. Throughout her education, she developed a strong foundation in visual communication and creative problem-solving, always approaching each challenge with an open mind and eagerness to learn something new.

Now settling down in Oregon, Sydnee continues to expand her craft through hands-on projects and collaboration.

She is driven by a love of learning, whether it’s experimenting with new design tools or exploring emerging trends. Sydnee’s work reflects her curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to growth, resulting in designs that are visually engaging and intentional.

Lilly Heltman-Hogg

Assistant Graphic Designer

We brought Lilly onto the team when she came to us needing a 10-week internship at a design studio in order to graduate from her graphic design program at Lane Community College. After completing the 10-week internship, we didn’t want to let her go! She stayed on with the team part-time through the summer and beyond, and we couldn’t have been more grateful to have her in the office with us during the week.

Lilly was born and raised right here in Creswell, Oregon and went on to graduate from Lane Community College’s graphic design program. She continued to grow her skills while training alongside Ellyn and gaining hands-on experience as a designer before pursuing her Bachelor’s of Graphic Design at Otago Polytechnic School of Design in New Zealand. After graduating in 2025, Lilly has returned to the studio, and we’re so excited to have her back on the team.

Lilly is always happy to work through any design problem that arises and is in her element when working on branding projects. She’s also happiest at the office when playing and giving Gerhart ear scratches.

Gerhart

Inspiration Coordinator

Our resident troublemaker and emotional support dog, Gerhart, makes sure we get our projects finished on time with his loveable charm and adorable nature. He started working at the office after showing up one day claiming to have completed a full ride scholarship at the University of Oregon (we think he got it by giving the admissions officer ‘puppy dog eyes’) and getting a BA in Psychology, minoring in Practical Biting, all of this at just 7 months old!
A prodigy in the field of cheering up co-workers, Gerhart is always aiming to please. By becoming a regular client of ours you may be able to take advantage of Gerhart’s services, ranging from his “please pay attention to me” package to his deluxe “endless snuggles” package.
